If you have ever worked with a coach — or even thought about it — it is worth considering group coaching.
Generally, there are many ways to think about coaching as a method of self improvement. Overall, people engage a coach when they want someone to help them work on themselves, their relationships, their career, their lives. It can involve goal setting; it can involve self exploration; it can involve reframing and getting fresh perspective. You identify how you want to be in the future and then move towards it.
Coaching work can certainly be done in a one-on-one setting (which could be considered ‘the norm’), but it can also be done in a group environment, as it the case with therapy and group therapy. While working directly with someone gets all the focus on you, there is a fantastic case to be made for group coaching.
